Crispy tofu stir fry with Asian Greens
Asian greens are a surprising source of calcium for those who don't drink cow's milk. 1 cup of cooked bok choy provides 158mg of calcium, roughly equivalent to the calcium content of 1/2 a cup of cow's milk.
Other leafy green vegetables such as kale provide calcium too, however they are much higher in oxalate which binds to calcium, making it unavailable to your body.
