Soft polenta with mushroom ragu.

The polenta was cooked in The Complete Dairy high protein, low fat milk for a good protein hit in this vegetarian-friendly meal.

Polenta is cheap, it soaks up all the delicious mushroom, garlic and parmesan flavours and is an excellent source of carbohydrate for fueling training.
