I have degrees and certifications on my wall plus 15 years experience across private practice, research, clinical dietetics and education. I’m immensely proud of these achievements, but most importantly I’m a runner - just like you.

I know what it feels like to hit the alarm and roll out of bed for early morning training, to find that perfect Spotify playlist that fills you with energy, and the difficulty of finding time to run when you’re juggling a busy job, family or life. 

My running journey started with frustrating lows of fatigue, injuries and underperformance. Today, I enjoy the consistency of training hard and competing in ultras around the world, while supporting 100's of runners to do the same.

Through proper nutrition and hydration, performance gains go from possibility to probability whether you’re just starting out or ramping up your training.
